Adirodack Double Room

$109.00 to $189.00

Room features 2 double beds, desk, 32" flatscreen cable TV, microwave, refrigerator, thermostat controlled heat, air conditioning and private bath with shower and hairdryer.

Maximum: 4 guests

Alpine Suite

$139.00 to $239.00

Room features a queen log bed, desk, two 32" flatscreen cable TVs, L-shaped couch, thermostat controlled heat, air conditioning, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, refrigerator, bar sink, dining table and a large bathroom with an extra wide 48" shower and hairdryer.

Whiteface Suite

$149.00 to $249.00

Olympic Suite

$149.00 to $249.00

Room features two queen beds, desk, two 32" flatscreen cable TVs, thermostat controlled heat, air conditioning, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator, toaster, bar sink, dining table, L-shaped couch, and a large bathroom with a tub/shower and hairdryer.

Maximum: 5 guests

Room Rates:

Room rates are based on double occupancy and do not include tax. Children 12 and under are free. Extra persons are charged $10 per person per night.

Deposit Policy:

We require a one-night deposit upon booking your reservation(Visa, Mastercard or Discover). The deposit is credited toward your last night of stay.

Cancellation Policy:

We are a small, family-operated Inn and cancellations affect us significantly. If you find it necessary to cancel or make a change in your dates or the number of guests in your party please notify us immediately. You are responsible for all nights reserved. No refunds on early departures due to inclement weather or any other reason beyond our control. 

If you cancel before 3 p.m. up to 7 days before your arrival date and your deposit will be refunded (minus a $25 administration fee per room). If you cancel after 3 p.m. within 7 days of your arrival date your deposit will be forfeited. Not applicable to Holidays and Special event weekends.

Holiday Cancellation Policy:

If you cancel before 3 p.m. up to 14 days before your arrival date your deposit will be refunded (minus a $40 administration fee per room). If you cancel after 3 p.m. within 14 days of your arrival date your deposit will be forfeited. Not applicable to Special event weekends.

Group CancellationPolicy:

If you cancel up to 3 p.m. 14 days before your arrival date your deposit will be refunded (minus a $40 administration fee per room). If you cancel after 3 p.m. within 14 days of your arrival date your deposit will be forfeited. Not applicable to Special event weekends.

Pet Policy:

Sorry but we do not accommodate pets. Lucy doesn't play well with others.

Other Fees:

Other fees are only charged if the guest has failed to comply with our policies.  We have worked very hard to keep our property immaculate.  
Please don't surprise us with any of the following:

Smoking in room  -  $100 per day and immediate check-out
Waxing skis in room  -  $200 per day and immediate check-out
Pets in the room  -  $200 per day and immediate check-out
Extra person(s) in room  -  $50 per day and immediate check-out
Damage to the furniture/bed/carpet  -  $ amount depends on the damage
